Most of the value in UI Workflows appears before anyone says done. The useful work is usually in the questions, the examples, and the evidence that changes the conversation.

  • Treat unclear evidence as its own finding instead of polishing it into confidence

Those habits keep UI Workflows grounded in outcomes rather than ceremony. I keep the practice alive because it improves both release quality and team clarity at the same time.
